How to Use:
- Determine Applicable Tariffs: If you haven’t already, check whether your product is subject to the auto parts or steel/aluminum 232 tariffs by reviewing the applicable HTS lists. Keep in mind that not all auto parts are included in the Section 232 tariffs on auto parts.
- Tariff Selection: Choose the tariffs that apply to your product from the available options.
- View Final Tariff Rate: The calculator will display the cumulative ad valorem tariff rate based on your selections. Tariffs that do not stack will be excluded based on the exemptions of each order. Please note that Most Favored Nation (MFN) duties, antidumping or countervailing duties, and any other fees are calculated separately and will stack on top of the cumulative rate.
Additional Notes:
- Products listed in Annex II of the reciprocal tariff order are exempt from the reciprocal tariffs. These products include, but are not limited to, energy, critical minerals, pharmaceuticals, copper, semiconductors, and lumber. However, this calculator does not account for Annex II exemptions. If your product may fall under Annex II, we recommend reviewing the list directly and contacting us with any questions regarding its potential impact on your tariff rate.
- If your steel or aluminum product is on the derivative products list, the tariff is calculated only on the value of the steel or aluminum content, not on the total value of the product.
