Ben Spitz is a versatile strategist and sustainability advocate with over two decades of global experience in technology, corporate strategy, and environmental leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy and Sustainability at The Parts Authority, Ben oversees ESG efforts and technology adoption. He is also the founding Chair of the Auto Care Association's Sustainability Committee, leading efforts to embed sustainability practices in the automotive aftermarket. Additionally, Ben contributes expertise as a member of the Nexus Innovation Committee and the Auto Care Association's Emerging Technology Committee. With a background in engineering and experience as a Nuclear Engineer at Raytheon's Advanced Technologies division, he brings precision in programming and strategic planning to his roles. Passionate about environmental sustainability, Ben champions initiatives for a more sustainable future.

Stefan Feder, Parts Authority

 

Stefan Feder is head of Head of Automotive Aftermarket & OES, North America for Continental. In this capacity he is responsible for the management of sales, marketing, operations, quality, and product management. Prior to this, Stefan more recently served as the Head of Sales, WD Channel for Continental ContiTech in the United States and Canada. He has spent the last six years of his Continental career working in the US market, having joined the company initially in 2004. He is also the co-founder and current Vice Chair of the Auto Care Association’s Sustainability Committee. Stefan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and in 2017 completed Continental’s International Management Program. He believes in seeking to constantly improve with creativity, an open mind and willingness to grow.
