Lauren Reinhold is a dedicated Diesel and Agricultural Instructor at the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) within the College of Applied Technologies. She specializes in teaching Diesel Welding, Light Duty Diesel Engine Diagnosis and Repair, Light Duty Diesel Performance and Diagnosis, Light Duty Engine Electronic Controls, and Hydraulics. Additionally, Lauren serves as the advisor for the UNOH Diesel Club.

Originally from Shiloh, Ohio, Lauren now resides in Lima, Ohio with her husband and two children. She completed her associate degrees in Diesel Technologies and Agricultural Technologies at UNOH in 2015, subsequently entering the construction industry. During this time, she worked as a technician specializing in crane and construction equipment. Lauren later returned to UNOH to share her expertise as an instructor. In 2022, Lauren earned her bachelor's degree in Automotive Technical Supervision from UNOH.

Lauren’s commitment to the industry extends beyond the classroom; she actively collaborates with various organizations to promote education and the inclusion of women in trades. Lauren hosts the Women in Auto Care Dieselfluence connection circle, serves on the scholarship selection committee for the Women in Trucking Foundation, and is a member of the Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC).
