Jamie Carlson is the co-owner of Ervine's Auto Repair & Grand Rapids Hybrid and EV, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a dedicated professional in the automotive repair industry with two primary goals that guide her efforts:

Jamie aims to provide peace of mind to all motorists, whether they are knowledgeable about their vehicles or not. Her shop's mission is to be a trusted place where customers can rely on professionals who have their best interests at heart.

Jamie is committed to recruiting the best talent in the industry and promoting the status of those who have chosen careers in automotive repair. She values the growth and development of her employees through professional development opportunities and career advancement.

Recognition and Awards:
In 2018, Jamie's shop received the ACE (Auto Care Career and Education) Award for its dedication to investing in employees' knowledge and skills. Jamie was honored as the Women In Auto Care's Female Shop Owner of the Year in 2019. She and her husband, Eric, received the AAPEX 2021 Shop Owners of the Year award. Jamie also serves as a mentor in the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG).

Jamie is also nurturing the next generation by working closely with her daughter, Former Yang Council Member and current YANG mentor, Megan Dineff, who was named one of Ratchet + Wrench All-Star winners for 2019 and a recipient of Auto Care Associations 2020 4 For the Future Impact Award. And Women in Auto Care's 2022 Female Shop Team Member of the Year.

Jamie is an active member of the Women Auto Care Council, where she serves on the scholarship committee, contributing to the organization's efforts to support and empower women in the automotive industry. She co-hosts Female Shop Owner Connection Circle, providing a platform for female shop owners to network, share experiences, and collaborate within the automotive repair community. Jamie is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the industry that has given her a job she loves with people that make going to work something to look forward to.
