Highline Warren

Carrie Giaimo serves as chief marketing officer for Highline Warren. She oversees marketing operations, pricing, integrated brand marketing, category management and merchandising, and corporate communications and engagement. She has responsibility for the overall internal and external brand positioning for the corporate Highline Warren name and its proprietary product brands.

Prior to joining Highline Warren in May 2023, Carrie served as global vice president of digital experience with Sealed Air, a Fortune 500 B2B industrial packaging company. She was responsible for building and growing the digital marketing and e-commerce functions from the ground up and moved over half of the transactional business online. Carrie implemented a new technology stack and spearheaded new segment and channel strategies to deliver seamless, integrated experiences across the customer buying journey.

Before assuming this role, she held increasing leadership roles across Sealed Air’s global strategic marketing and portfolio marketing departments, including executive director of global marketing, global director of customer marketing and global director of product marketing. She successfully built a new strategic business unit with digital solutions, modernized the company’s go-to-market approach and implemented an integrated marketing communications strategy to better position among its competitors.

Prior to Sealed Air, Carrie worked in consumer products and gifting, primarily converting legacy catalog companies to e-commerce operating models. During that time, she had various roles in merchandising, product development, sourcing, and marketing strategy. In those positions, she had the opportunity to open local offices in China, Hong Kong and Vietnam as well as play a critical role in acquisition strategy and new category expansion.

Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Corporate Communications from Elon University. She is passionate about building diverse teams, often uniting people around a mission and helping them navigate ambiguity and obstacles to accelerate sales.

She and her husband, Nick, along with their son and daughter, live in Charlotte, N.C. They spend their weekends outdoors playing sports and hiking.
