Will Grassle

Will Grassle conducts research, policy analysis, pilot projects, and multi-stakeholder policy development workgroups on EPR and complementary policies (including reuse) for packaging and plastics, and assists with policy research for other products in the municipal waste stream. He tracks and analyzes EPR and related legislation across all product and material streams, and provides PSI’s partners with packaging EPR compliance support. Will is also the coordinator of the Illinois Product Stewardship Council and the Northwest Product Stewardship Council. Prior to joining PSI, Will worked with the City of San Luis Obispo to develop and implement a Zero Waste Plan for municipal facilities and operations. He holds a B.A. in Economics & Government from Claremont McKenna College.
