Kim Nolan

Kim Nolan is a thirty-five year veteran of the automotive aftermarket. Currently, she serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, Traditional Market and NAPA for BBB Industries. In this capacity, she is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across all product lines, developing sales plans that achieve company targets, keeping BBB competitive, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels. Prior to BBB Industries, which she joined in 2006, Kim worked alongside her father for 17 years in their remanufacturing business, Genco Auto Electric.
Kim is very active in the auto care industry and currently serves as co-chair of the Women in Auto Care Member Engagement Committee as well as on the University of Aftermarket Scholarship Review team. In 2020, she was recognized in the inaugural class of Women at the Wheel. Most recently, she was awarded the 2022 Women in Auto Care Woman of the Year Award for her outstanding contributions to the industry as a leader, mentor, and role model.
Kim holds a degree in human resources management from Florida State University.
