Jim Dykstra

A 30-year veteran of the automotive services industry, Jim began his career as a technician in the family business. That business has grown into GreatWater 360 Auto Care, a network of 130+ shops in the Midwest and Texas, where Jim serves as Founder and CEO. Throughout his career Jim has been highly active in the automotive aftermarket, with roles on the Auto Care Association's Board of Directors and chairing the Telematics & Emerging Technologies Committee, CCPN committee, Education committee, and the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Service Dealer Council.
