Esperanza Izquierdo

Esperanza is a Senior Vice President of Product with nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Her automotive industry career began at AutoZone, where she advanced through various roles, from the support center facility in Mexico to the Store Support Center in Memphis. There, she played a pivotal role within the Merchandising team, managing multiple product categories and driving strategic initiatives.

In 2016, Esperanza transitioned to XL Parts in Texas, which later joined The Parts House under Marubeni Automotive Aftermarket Holdings. In this role, she has led cross-functional teams in Merchandising, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain, continuously driving growth and operational excellence.

Esperanza has been deeply involved in industry leadership and advocacy. She served on the AWDA Board of Governors from 2020 to 2023 and has been an active member of the General Motors IAM Product Committee since 2017. She joined The Group Marketing Committee from 2016 to 2021.  In 2023, Aftermarket News recognized her as a Woman at the Wheel. A passionate advocate for diversity in the automotive field, Esperanza joined Women in AutoCare in 2023 as Champion Committee lead, promoting inclusion and support for women across the industry.

Esperanza holds a Marketing degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
