Elaina was recently promoted to vice president, applied AI, data products & analytics. In her new role, she will be responsible for creating and executing applied AI and data strategy that spans our stores, Pro & services, digital, merchandising, marketing, and human resources organizations.
Elaina has 20 years of retail experience, having started her career at Sears as a buyer. She spent more than four years at Amazon, rising to head of product management, existing seller development, before joining Lowe's in 2019 as a senior manager, product management.
In her most recent role, as senior director, data products & analytics, she has overseen a cross-functional team of product leaders, analysts, data scientists and engineers for merchandising, Pro & services - fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to develop business solutions that drive results.
Elaina holds a Bachelor's of Science from DePaul University and MBA from Lake Forest.
