Auto Care Association Congratulates Secretary Buttigieg Upon His Confirmation

As the leader of the Department of Transportation, Secretary Buttigieg shares our industry’s mission of ensuring the safety of the motoring public. The auto care industry and its 538,248 businesses are committed to providing the quality parts, products and services necessary to keeping the 290 million vehicles on the road today operating safely. We look forward to working with him and his staff to address the transportation policy issues that impact our members and their customers, including the implementation of the Massachusetts Right to Repair ballot initiative, the repairability of advanced vehicle systems, and a federal standard for accessing vehicle repair and maintenance telematics.”
