Remarkable Results Radio Podcast

Carm Capriotto, AAP was selected for this year’s Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award for his work utilizing his voice to educate the industry. As the premier aftermarket podcaster, the “Voice of the Aftermarket,” he has spotlighted personal stories of achievement of numerous service professionals. He has interviewed aftermarket business coaches, trainers, technicians, educators, students, association executives and female shop owners: “It has the spirit and style of 60 Minutes and National Public Radio.” Along with two new podcasts each week, he hosts a weekly single topic “Town Hall Academy” industry forum. The Academy is broadcast live every Friday on Facebook and repurposed as a podcast.

Capriotto spent his entire career in the automotive aftermarket. His experience on the jobber and distribution side of the industry kept his focus directly on the service professional. He held many roles – at the executive level in store operations, systems and sales. So, why switch gears? He felt
there were many struggling shop owners working in their business, but not on their business. What if they had an opportunity to hear how successful owners overcame challenges and turned the corner? Would it help to propel their business forward? From here, the podcast was born as the medium to share success stories from all aspects of the aftermarket.

In August 2017 the podcast reached the 250th episode milestone. Capriotto encourages his listeners to “Listen to Learn Just One Thing.” In his own words, “I’m changing the behavior of how aftermarket professionals get their ideas, insight and inspiration to move their business and personal goals forward.” The content library is available on demand at and on Apple Podcasts, Google Play Music, iHeart Radio, Stitcher, Spreaker and many other podcast listening sites.
