Submit a proposal through the Call for Content
The 2027 Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference is looking to provide a platform for community members to share their knowledge, thought-provoking ideas and best practices.
Submit contentTypes of content being considered
- Professional development presentation 30, 45 or 60 min A professional development topic relevant to Women in Auto Care community professionals, such as leadership skills, personal development, public speaking, leveraging innovation and AI, crafting a message, turning influence into action, emotional intelligence, negotiation, conflict resolution or communication across teams. Make your case for your topic and why it matters!
- Workshop 45–75 min A highly interactive session where your colleagues actively try out or practice the skill, technique or strategy you’re sharing.
- Panel 45–60 min An interactive discussion with a moderator and up to three panelists on a trending topic, including industry trends, consumer trends and professional development skills. Have a great panel idea but not sure of all the panelists yet? Submit it anyway and we can help put the final panel together if your proposal is selected.
- Facilitated discussion A small-group, roundtable-style format where you lead a discussion around a thought-provoking topic or facilitate an exchange of best practices.
- Other Another way you’d like to share your content? We want to hear your ideas!
Eligibility: You must be a member of the Women in Auto Care community. If selected, you must be available to present in person in Washington, DC on Wednesday, February 17 or Thursday, February 18, 2027.

Women in Auto Care is continuing its successful speaker mentorship program for the 2027 conference, with even more resources than ever before. The program helps Women in Auto Care community professionals turn their skills, knowledge and expertise into an engaging presentation for the community.
Apply nowThe session: the selected professional presents an up to 25-minute session on a topic of their choice in Washington, DC on Wednesday, February 17 or Thursday, February 18, 2027.
Mentorship support includes
- A micro-mentor A speaking “micro-mentor” to support you along the way.
- Presentation development sessions 3–4 sessions Help to conceptualize, build and prepare to deliver your presentation, from an outline and slide deck to tips on presenting to an audience.
- Additional resources More resources to help you build your presentation skills.

2026 Women in Auto Care Conference
Each attendee received a personalized Leadership Assessment, a framework for collaborative brainstorming, actionable tips for crucial conversation, tips and tricks for using AI to become more efficient and heard the impact of the Women in Auto Care Scholarship program from a panel of scholarship winners. Each participant received a specially curated notebook filled with key takeaways. This tangible resource ensures that the lessons learned, and connections made during the conference were not only memorable but also serve as a valuable reference in the future.
The return of Zan, the auctioneer led to another record-breaking year “Party with a Purpose” charity auction gala, raising over $100,000 for the Women in Auto Care scholarship program.
Overall, the conference provided attendees with the tools, insights, and connections necessary to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact in the automotive aftermarket industry, while also supporting a worthy cause through the “Party with a Purpose” charity auction gala.
