The practices are recommended for distributor and manufacturer sales personnel and manufacturers’ representatives, and detail what works best for repair shops when setting up appointments and maintaining communication.

Second Webinar to Be Presented Aug. 17
BETHESDA, MD – July 6, 2016 – The Auto Care Association hosted a webinar on June 28, “A Decade of Change – Lightweighting the Key to Compliance,” presented by IHS Automotive, a leading source of information and insight into critical areas that shape the automotive aftermarket. The webinar was led by Michael Robinet, managing director of automotive advisory services, and was the first in the association’s new Industry Analysis Webinar Series featuring experts on key issues currently facing the industry.
